Use our interactive Mapbox-powered map to explore neighborhoods and draw custom search areas. You can zoom in on specific blocks, draw polygons around areas you like, and filter listings within those boundaries. Save your favorite searches to get instant notifications when new listings match your criteria. Set up multiple saved searches for different areas or price ranges.
Account verification and identity checks
Verify your identity to build trust with landlords and roommates. We use Stripe Identity: upload a photo of your government ID and take a selfie. You can also verify income by securely connecting your bank through Plaid. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is stored and shared.

Our streamlined rental application process makes applying to multiple properties quick and easy. Once you complete your profile with employment info, references, and financial details, you can apply to any listing with one click. Is SweetLease free? How billing works
SweetLease is free for all renters, including residents and fellows. You never pay a subscription or a placement fee. Landlords pay us a referral fee when you sign a lease. Any application fee or deposit is set by the property, not by SweetLease.

Keep track of properties you love. Click the heart icon on any listing to save it. Your saved listings appear under Liked properties in your dashboard.
